This is Paragraph 1. It demonstrates a Web Safe color. We know this because the code represents a hexadecimal number ranging from 0 through 9, and a through f. It also obeys the rule because the letters and numbers are in pairs.

This is Paragraph 2. It demonstrates a different Web Safe color, and follows the same rules regarding range and pairs. Although this is valid, CSS is a more appropriate way of handling text color.
